We’re not saying you should use cannabis right before you’re Olympic tryouts, but we are saying maybe you should consider it for your next workout. Think about it, cannabis heightens all of your senses, you get the head high, enhanced visuals, and you have a body buzz. Similar to the feel good qualities you achieve at the end of a killer workout. Recent studies say that cannabis makes working out more enjoyable and may lead to longer work out sessions. Even wellness experts are using cannabis products to boost their workouts, increase endurance, and recover faster. It's like finding that “runner’s high” before you begin.

Aside from the enjoyment and motivation that cannabis can provide before & during a workout; Many turn to the anti-inflammatory properties of cannabis to help with recovery after an intense workout. A benefit of using cannabis post-workout is to help you relax and give your body the rest it needs. Before the soreness and aches start creeping in you can alleviate those pains and get back to your next work out session faster.
